What to expect
Your first session begins with a spacious, grounded conversation.
There’s nothing you need to prepare or have figured out beforehand.
We’ll take time to explore what has brought you here. What you’re moving through, what feels most present, and what you’re quietly longing for.
From there, we begin to shape a way of working together that honours your unique needs, your pace, and your nervous system.
How we’ll work together
Our sessions are guided by what your system is ready for.
I draw on a range of therapeutic, somatic, and energy-based approaches to support your emotional, physical, and energetic integration.
This may include:
- Gentle exploration of thoughts, beliefs, and patterns
- Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
- E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- Jungian Dreamwork Analysis
- energy-based practices, Breathwork and simple awareness techniques
- PSYCH-K (Psychological Kinesiology)
These approaches are not applied in a fixed way. They are woven into the session as needed — always in service of your clarity, integration, and inner alignment.
You may come to this work for:
• support through a challenging or uncertain season of life
• space to begin releasing the impact of past experiences or trauma
• guidance in reconnecting with your intuition or inner direction
• a desire to feel more grounded, clear, and aligned within yourself
You don’t need to fit a particular category.
If something in you is asking for support, that’s enough.

It’s about creating a space where you can meet yourself more honestly – and allowing what is ready to unfold to do so, at a pace that feels right for you.
