What To Expect From Your First Session
Your first Holistic Alignment session begins with a spacious, grounded conversation.
We’ll take time to explore what has brought you here — your current challenges, what you’re longing for, and what feels most important for us to focus on. From there, we’ll begin to shape a way of working together that honours your unique needs, pace and nervous system.
I draw on a wide range of holistic modalities to support your cognitive, emotional, somatic and energetic systems.
To begin our connection, I often invite a more narrative style of sharing — gently enquiring about your journey so far, the threads that feel alive, and where you sense you are on your path. As our work unfolds, I may weave in:
- cognitive and belief-work modalities such as PSYCH-K® (using kinesiology) and elements of NLP
- trauma release techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- energy medicine tools, including facilitated breathwork and simple meditation or awareness practices
These modalities are not used rigidly or all at once. They are interspersed through our sessions as and when they are called for, always in service of your integration, clarity and expansion.
