All sessions are held online, so we can meet wherever you are in the world.
All fees are listed in NZD.
International clients are charged the NZD equivalent at the time of payment.

If you’re curious about working together but not quite sure yet, you’re welcome to book a brief connection call.
This isn’t a full session. It’s a gentle space for us to:
• touch in with what’s bringing you here
• ask any questions about my approach
• sense whether it feels aligned for us to work together
If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we can then book a full session or begin a deeper integration arc.
90-Minute Holistic Alignment Session – 280 NZD
This is the primary container for our work together.
A 90-minute session allows us to arrive, settle your nervous system, and move into the material without rushing.
Sessions are guided by what your system is ready for and may include deep listening, embodied awareness practices, nervous system regulation, and integrative mind–body approaches.
This space is particularly supportive for those integrating:
• near-death experiences
• complex or developmental trauma
• spiritual or energetic awakening
• identity shifts after profound life events
5-Session Integration Arc – 1,350 NZD
For those ready to enter a more held and intentional process.
Across five 90-minute sessions, we stay with a particular healing arc, transition or threshold that is unfolding in your life.
We decide the frequency of our sessions together, guided by what best supports your nervous system and integration process.
This container supports:
• stabilising after a near-death or spiritually transformative experience
• gently unwinding long-held trauma patterns
• navigating a dark-night-of-the-soul season
• rebuilding identity after rupture
Payment is required upfront to confirm your space in the Integration Arc.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours incur the full session fee.
